Services and Arrival
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 12pm. Villa manager Nyoman greets every guest personally on arrival, walks you through the villa and answers any questions, so you're settled in rather than left to figure things out on your own.
Airport pickup (IDR 350,000 per car) is strongly recommended for every stay - Umalas can be hard to find, especially at night. Just share your flight details when you book and Nyoman will be waiting for you at the airport.
During Your Stay
Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays), and the pool and garden are maintained twice a week to keep everything looking its best. Drinking water, WiFi and linens are all included, and Nyoman and the team are reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay for anything you need.
Extra Services
A private chef, driver or in-villa massage can all be arranged on request, and babysitting can be organised if you'd like an evening out. Just let Nyoman know ahead of time so everything is ready for you.
Booking and Arrival
Bookings are made directly through our website via Lodgify, with secure payment by Stripe - no deposit required. Once booked, Nyoman will be in touch to confirm arrival time and answer any questions before you travel.
