Getting Around

Umalas is easiest to explore by scooter, and rental scooters can be arranged locally. Gojek and Grab both work reliably in the area for shorter trips, and villa manager Nyoman can arrange a private driver for airport transfers, day trips or an evening out - just ask ahead of time.

Umalas has a strong local food scene within easy reach: Warung Dua Umalas for Indonesian classics, Monsieur Spoon and Da Maria for breakfast and pastries, and Leon Brasserie for a proper sit-down dinner. Berawa and Canggu add plenty more options, all a short ride away.
